Terms and Conditions of Sales
Prices and Programming
All prices displayed include taxes and service charges. Programming and prices are subject to change without notice. Proof of eligibility may be required to qualify for reduced rates.
Some presentations may not be suitable for all spectators. It is each spectator’s responsibility to inform themselves before the presentation and make their own choice.
Promotional offers cannot be combined and are not applicable to purchases made before the offer is advertised.
Exchanges and Refunds
Tickets are exchangeable, but non-refundable. In the event of loss or theft, a new ticket may be issued on the evening of the presentation with proof of purchase, and provided the loss or theft has been previously reported.
Fees may apply without notice.
Cancellation or Postponement of a Presentation
In the event of an exceptional circumstance that makes it impossible to present the performance, tickets may be refunded. Cancellation of a presentation for bad weather will only be done if the Réseau de transport de la Capitale (RTC) interrupts its transportation services.
In the event of the postponement of a presentation, tickets issued for the initial presentation will be honoured for the new date announced, without any action required from ticket holders. Reimbursements will be given to ticket holders upon request.
Latecomers
To fully enjoy the performance, ticket holders are responsible for knowing the location, date and time of the presentation. We invite the audience to arrive at least 30 minutes before the presentation to facilitate entry into the venue. All presentations start on time. Latecomers may be refused entry with no refund or ticket exchange. In the event that a ticket holder is admitted to the presentation despite being late, La Rotonde reserves the right to give the ticket holder a new seat to avoid disrupting the performance in progress.
Reduced Mobility and Special Needs
La Rotonde is particularly attentive to its choice of presentation venues so that they are accessible to people with reduced mobility and suit the specific needs of its customers as much as possible. Details about the accessibility of presentation venues can be found here: larotonde.qc.ca/contact. (insérer un lien anglais)
Places for wheelchairs are limited. Reservations for these places can only be done by phone at 418 649-5013. An accompanying person can obtain free access to the presentation with reservation.
Resale and Reproductions
La Rotonde and its distribution partners (www.larotonde.qc.ca/la-rotonde) are the only entities authorized to sell tickets for their respective presentations. If more than one person presents a ticket to a presentation that has the same barcode, priority will be given to the person with the original ticket registered in our systems.
Reselling tickets for profit is strictly prohibited.
