Aulavik, lieu de passage
Poetic | Vast | Human
In this first solo creation, performer and dance social worker Angélique Amyot explores her reflections around physical and intimate territories. Aulavik means ‘place of passage’ or ‘place where people travel’ in the Inuvialuktun Inuit language, and is also the name of a national park in Northern Canada, an inspiring expanse for the artist.
