Montminy

Sonia Montminy is an artist who has been active in the dance community for over twenty years. After completing her professional training at the École de danse de Québec, she expanded her expertise through various dance, theater, and circus projects, where she continued to explore and refine her stage presence by participating in a diverse range of creative processes as a performer. She is also passionate about vertical dance and sway pole and has been a member of the Look-Up Arts Aériens team since 2009. For the past decade, she has also served as an assistant and stage manager for several circus productions, including those with FLIP Fabrique, the École de cirque de Québec, Machine de Cirque, Théâtre À Tempo, and the Quebec Magic Festival. Sonia also finds fulfillment in her work as a rehearsal director, where she dedicates herself wholeheartedly to supporting the artistic endeavors she accompanies. The skills she has acquired through these various roles make her a versatile artist with highly valued qualities in artistic creations and productions.
